Trio Toqué is the first flash/ pop up restaurant in Dakar, Senegal. We are a 'nomadic' restaurant with a multi-course (degustation) menu which appears once a month in a different location in Dakar. Our goal is not to earn a profit, but rather provide new culinary delights and offer unique tastes while improving our culinary skills.

 

The trio consists of 3 culinarians with distinctive approaches to food who come together to share their love of the art with foodies in Dakar.  Since our launch in January 2012, our events have been fully booked, so please get on our mailing list and reserve early.
